BIOGRAPHY |
Sara De Ascaniis [1987] began studying the piano when she was seven years old and graduated by the age of nineteen with summa cum laude and special honours under the guidance of Antonio Rigobello from the Conservatory "Arrigo Pedrollo" in Vicenza.
By the age of nine years won several piano competitions:
(Recanati, Osimo, Pisa, Varazze ,"Rospigliosi Competition"(Lamporecchio), "City of Minerbio", "Rovere d'Oro Young Talent”of San Bartolomeo a Mare”,"Matteo Molinari Award” and Chamber Music Competition "Friends of the Conservatory” in Vicenza, "Young talents in Veneto Conservatories"(Legnago),"Silvio Omizzolo Award" from Padova,“Vito Frazzi Price”(Firenze), “Mozartpreis” at the Mozarteum (Salzburg)...
Sara has held concerts in Rome, Florence, Milan, Venice, Brescia,Mantova Regensburg, Lindau, Essen while she has also featured as a guest for major musical institutions and events such as the International Festival of Arts Campus in San Gemini, the “City of Lucca” Festival, the International Music Festival of Vanersborg and Trollhattan and more.
She attended master-classes of Sergio Fiorentino, Marco Tezza, Massimiliano Damerini and for the Chamber Music Bruno Canino, Riccardo Zadra.
She also was student in classes of Karl-Heinz Kammerling, Pavel Gililov,Leonid Margarius and Claudius Tanski at the Mozarteum in Salzburg, where she continue his studies with Imre Rohmann.
Currently she attend courses with Konstantin Bogino,Svetlana Bogino e Vladimir Ogarkov at the Santa Cecilia Academy in Bergamo.
